You manage a value-oriented management of the IT service portfolio. You are responsible for the end-to-end consistency of services. You translate business requirements into controllable service requirements and ensure their feasibility. You run the standardization and scalability of the service organization across the entire Lifecycle Service (design, transition, operation). You take responsibility for service-related topics (here practices according to ITIL 4). You ensure the alignment of all services to business objectives, regulatory requirements and IT strategies. You are responsible for a consistent service lifecycle model. You structure and prioritize the IT service portfolio taking into account business value, risks and the entire service lifecycle. You moderate between business, IT and external partners. You establish associated communities and exchange formats for active management of stakeholder relationships and feedback loops. You define and develop our Service Catalogue structure and SLA models. You ensure the consistent consistency between Service Catalogue, Service Models and CMDB. You design and implement the respective governance and ensure compliance. You define quality criteria and test strategies for services along the entire lifecycle.

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics, business management or equivalent qualifications. You have profound experience in IT Service Management, ideally in the environment of IT Service Portfolio Management or Service Governance. You have sound knowledge of ITIL 4 (e.g. Portfolio Management, Service Catalogue Management, Service Level Management, Service Configuration Management). You bring experience in building and developing service portfolios and service catalogues. You have a strong ability to host business, IT and external partners. You convince with communication strength as well as the ability to prepare complex issues in a way that is addressable. You are puncturing through analytical and structured thinking. You feel comfortable in complex organizations with multiple interests. You have a high degree of personal responsibility and willingness to design. You have experience with regulatory requirements (e.g. KRITIS, NIS2).
