Senior Solution Consultant – Digital Pathology / Healthcare Software (m/f/d)

In this role, you work closely with our sales team and support our sales advice on a new level: sound, structured, convincing. You inspire our customers with concrete solutions Activities You are the focus of the sales process. Together with our sales reps, you develop a deep understanding of the requirements of pathology institutions and translate them into convincing solution scenarios. You make sure our customers not only see our software – but understand their concrete benefits. Your compelling presentations inspire the topic of digital processes in pathology. Your tasks: Implementation of sophisticated software demos for pathology institutions (remote & on site) • Analysis of customer processes (e.g. finding workflow, LIS integration) and derivation of suitable solution scenarios. • Development of convincing presentations and storylines for different stakeholders (Doctors, IT, Management) • Support for offers, pitches and tenders (RFPs) • Building trust through expertly informed advice in the regulated healthcare environment • Interface to product management: Replay feedback from customer talks structured What makes the role so special: • You don’t work “to” Sales – but together with Sales at eye level • You actively shape how we sell: more structured, consultative, more effective • You are moving in a highly relevant environment (digital pathology / diagnostics) • You have real influence on customer success and quality • You work on solutions that improve real medical processes
