Management of projects and professional management of a project team in the district heating system including the independent control and monitoring of dates, costs, quality for the achievement of targets Implementation of planning, implementation and commissioning processes and control of service providers Development of technical solutions for complex district heating Responsibility for the technical and commercial design of planning and tender documents incl. the organisation of internal audit circuits and conduct of negotiations Coordination of project-specific topics with relevant areas of the company such as network operation, approval, funding and communication and external stakeholders such as e.g. B. Authorities and district representatives Implementation of project reporting towards client and communication to stakeholders Organisation of construction sites and definition of construction site-specific measures with regard to safety, environment and project progress, and verification of implementation

Complete engineering studies, e.g. mechanical engineering, civil engineering, environmental engineering or utility technology (Diplom / Master)

At least 5 years of experience in the technical and commercial project management in management engineering, ideally in district heating

Practical knowledge in earth-shifted (fire heat) management and safe application of the relevant regulations

Comprehensive experience in project planning, project processing and commissioning of district heating lines

Project management certification (e.g. IPMA) or comparable qualification Very good organizational skills, a structured, responsible and independent working, and high communicative skills and joy in cross-departmental cooperation Safe handling of MS Office and iTWO AVA as well as high affinity for digital modes
