Intensive Care Nursing Service Management (m/f/d)

Team leadership – Responsibility for the professional and organizational management of the nursing team, promoting a positive team culture and support for the employees in their daily work. Service planning – creation and coordination of efficient and fair service and deployment plans, ensuring a reliable occupation and taking into account individual needs. Quality Management (QM) – Implementation, further development and monitoring of all quality-relevant processes, documentation and standards according to the current legal requirements. Professional advice & ensuring the highest quality of care – contact person for nursing questions, training and support of employees to ensure professional, safe and patient-oriented intensive care. Commercial - monitoring of the economic viability of individual intensive care cases (personnel use, services provided, settlement with sickness insurance funds), as well as compiling regular reports on costs, operations, utilisation and cover contributions.

Completed 3-year nursing training (e.g. nursing, health care and nursing care) Continuing training for care services (PDL) Experience as a guiding force absolutely necessary Experience in extraclinical intensive care at least. 2 years Basic course or ideal expert course desirable High communication and negotiation skills Very good understanding of everyday care from intensive care or extraclinical care driving licence class B Self-employed, structured working, organisational and team skills
