Specialist Advisor for Daycare Centres (m/f/d)

You provide advice and support for the management, representation and pedagogical staff of local and free children's day-care facilities for professional, organizational and legal issues and develop in common with them tailor-made solutions. You initiate and accompany processes to ensure and develop pedagogical quality, in particular in the areas of inclusion, participation, child protection and quality development. In doing so, you support the facilities to transfer new professional impulses to practice. You support day care facilities in developing, implementing and updating their pedagogical concepts and bring together different perspectives constructively. You plan and moderate working groups, network meetings, information events and training opportunities. You will create space for professional exchange, knowledge transfer and the general development of day care. You work confidently with local and free institutions, as well as with schools, health services, early funding agencies, consultancy offices and other cooper­ation partners, and are continuously expanding existing networks. You work in specialised working groups, working groups and regional networks and represent the Youth Office in specialist bodies. You observe current technical and legal developments, prepare relevant changes in a comprehensible manner and support their implementation in practice. You shall draw up technical opinions, reports and draft decisions and shall contribute to the evaluation and classification of specialist data. You work independently, structured and expertly and bring their organizational and communication strength to the planning and implementation of their own projects and events.
