For our Employee Experience service field, in which we have bundled all personal topics, we are looking for you as Principal Expert People Partner (m/w/d) in Karlsruhe, Munich or Münster in full or part-time from 30 hours.

Tasks with perspectives

You accompany and advise, with a broad knowledge and a high level of experience, the service and business field and people leads on the people topics derived from the corporate strategy and thus on the entire portfolio of the service field. You control people topics, bring them actively into the corresponding leads meetings and play back impulses and feedback from the service and business fields to the design teams. As a trusted partner*in, you are closely interlinked with the leads and are looking for solutions for the respective service and business field in close cooperation with the responsible leads. Personality with profile You have a successfully completed (Master) degree with a focus on business/personal skills as well as relevant long-term professional experience as HR managerin or a comparable qualification. You have profound knowledge of the individual concerns of the service and business field and people leads and coordinate them confidently with the integration of involved/neededed interfaces from the 2nd level. In addition, your long-term industry and market knowledge, a good IT affinity and a very good understanding of agile work forms are also a feature. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). Your analytically conceptual thinking and your entrepreneurial action as well as your ability to persuasively characterize you.
