In order to strengthen our team in Unit 311 “Swiss Rights, Legal Affairs SER, Supply Medicine Service” at the Weimar, Gera or Suhl office, we are looking for a doctor (m/w/d).

Key tasks

• Development of cross-reference medical opinions in application proceedings, as well as in opposition and complaint proceedings following the file in the Social Compensation Law (e.g. compensation for victims of violent acts and for vaccinators) including the issue of orders to external experts

• medical assessment of applications for medical and medical treatment

• Examination of expert opinions and assessments of external experts

• medical examination by file in opposition proceedings under the SGB IX (Swiss arrest procedure)

• Regulation of orthopaedic aids and accessories to persons entitled to claim after the social right of compensation, medical examination and acceptance of the aids

• medical examination and counselling of authorized persons and beneficiaries

• Implementation of house visits

Your profile

required:

completed medical education in the field of human medicine and an approbation as a doctor/ doctor

desirable:

• good and wide-ranging medical expertise

• willingness to acquire comprehensive medical expertise and to participate in continuing and continuing training events

• Class B driving licence as well as self-employed

• Experience in social medicine
