Clerk (m/w/d) Order Management

You process customer orders from receipt to invoice, enter them in the ERP system and coordinate delivery dates and customer requests with the corresponding departments. You ensure the smooth coordination of delivery dates and customer requests and determine the corresponding freight and packaging costs. You prepare all required shipping documents for EU countries and process export and customs operations for third countries. You provide services to our foreign companies and distributors through compiled price and delivery information and through the creation of various documents. You manage and maintain customer master data in the ERP system, create commissions and maintain special net prices and discounts. You shall ensure that all customs and export provisions are complied with.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally in the field of external trade, distribution or export/import. You ideally have professional experience in international production management or export and basic knowledge in customs and export as well as a high level of learning in these areas. You bring very good English knowledge (at least C1 level) in word and writing. You have secure knowledge in ERP systems and MS Office. You are characterized by a strength of communication, a safe entry and the ability to work in a structured manner even under pressure and in complex questions. You are team-ready, engaged, show a sophisticated customer and service orientation and have the ability to adapt your communication style to various interlocutors.
