Digital Change: As Head of Digitalization and Customer Solution, you are driving digital change in customer service and implementing automation approaches, new service channels and innovative support models. Leadership & Development: You like to work with people, run a team of 14 employees:inside and promote independent, targeted and agile work. Power of innovation: You test customer service trends, evaluate changes critically and establish your department as a proactive, flexible unit that responds quickly and innovatively to new customer needs. Networking: You work closely with areas within and outside our society and build networks across corporate boundaries. Team Responsibility: Together with your team, you are responsible for the further development of the digital service offering as well as topics such as customer communication, knowledge management and customer co-creation.
