Sales Clerk Export / Channel Partner Manager/ (m/f/d)

Sales success: You increase the result You are responsible for achieving the commercial success of your channel partners/distributor according to the agreed sales plans. Partnership: You build long-term relationships You understand yourself as a representative of the partner companies in the internal context and act as an active supporter and trusted advisor to your channel partners. You exchange regularly, virtually and locally with the channel partner, understand the needs and challenges of him and his end customers and bring them in line with our offers and opportunities. Liability: You control the partnership proactive You ensure that your channel partners actively participate in the partner program and commit to the agreed activities and implement them accordingly. You regularly evaluate the cooperation with your channel partners and actively manage when needed by agreeing clear goals and giving feedback to the channel partners. If necessary, you will identify alternative or new channel partners to enable higher and more efficient market penetration in the region. Efficiency: You ensure internal processing You ensure that the company processes are effectively and efficiently operated by all the interface teams in the company to support your channel partners, including forecasting and order processing from order intake to reception by the partner or its customers, as well as adaptation of the product and service offer. Branding: You increase our awareness You work closely with the marketing team to identify and use required materials and tools that support the local sales and marketing activities of each channel partner for our brand.

Successfully completed studies, preferably with business orientation preferably 3 years of experience in sales and Key Account Management in an international context, preferred in industries with chemistry or Life Science Reference You have proven successes in increasing sales and margins You communicate fluently in English (word and writing) and have at least the language level B2 in German; Spanish or Italian B2/C1 desirable Knowledge of CRM systems desirable (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) You have well-founded MS Office knowledge International readiness of approximately 1-2 times for 2-3 days per year per channel partner You act independently structured and process-oriented You are a strong team player with strong communication skills in word and writing
