As part of our team, you will get exciting insights into the development of an online marketplace and are competent contact personin for our customer service and our partners with diverse questions about partner customer communication and complaint. You are able to audit the compliance of contract specifications with partner customer communication on the basis of text mining monitoring and contact our partners in case of conspicuousness. In exchange with our partners, you accompany complex customer-escalation cases on marketplace orders to the satisfactory solution for customers & partners. In success management, you always keep the KPIs in mind and thus the performance of our partners in mind and achieve a positive development of their performance through the direct exchange with our partners.
