Completed study of social work (BA, Diploma) or comparable degree Management experiences desirable Knowledge of support structures related to work for people with and without disabilities Business knowledge and knowledge in SGB II, SGB III, SGB IX, SGB XII Good PC skills and willingness to work in a multi-professional team Structured and independent working, flexibility, organizational talent readiness to adapt to constant changes both at the legal, content and structural level
