Mechanic/Mechatronics Technician/Maintenance Technician as Team Leader Mechanics (m/f/d)

You lead the team in the field of mechanics and support this in their personal and professional development. In cooperation with the technical management, you are responsible for improving technical availability, procurement of spare parts and implementation of CS projects. This ensures that our customers are supplied with fresh bread daily. Planning and coordination of all maintenance and repair work and preventive maintenance is part of your responsibility, contributing to an extended service life of machines and equipment. You perform fault and vulnerability analyses with subsequent troubleshooting and optimization at the plants and machines and thus secure our production processes.

You have a completed technical training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, mechatronic, electronic (m/w/d). You have several years of professional experience, preferably in the maintenance and maintenance of machines in a production plant. First leadership experience would be desirable. We require good MS-Office knowledge. Knowledge in API Pro and SAP would be beneficial. Uncommon work, high commitment and team capacity complete your profile.
