In our company customer sales support division, the team of technical risk consulting (Risk Engineering) will guide you and ensure that our sales partners and customers are professionally and solution-oriented in complex technical risk issues. As a manager, you bear the technical and disciplinary responsibility for your team of risk engineers and design its strategic and operational development. You promote a strong team culture, ensure close cooperation with the other units of sales support, sales and other areas of the Competence Center corporate customers and position the technical risk advice as competent partners in the corporate customer business. Training: You have completed engineering studies (e.g. civil engineering, mechanical engineering, safety technology, industrial engineering) or a comparable technical qualification with regard to risk engineering. Knowledge: You have a well-founded knowledge of the technical risk assessment in the corporate customer business of an insurance company, ideally focusing on fire and property protection as well as underwriting reference. Leadership experience: You have detectable leadership experience, ideally in the management of risk engineers or technical teams. abilities: You have a pronounced understanding of the process and organization as well as a high communicative competence. In addition, you are trained in the modernization of change processes and like to drive them forward actively.
