The Bridge Construction Directorate is experienced in all production variants for large bridges, such as the push-pull, free pre-construction and steel composite construction. Holistic project planning: They take responsibility for design and execution planning and ensure smooth implementation of the project objectives. Planning coordination: As a central interface, you coordinate the planning of all project participants and ensure the timely implementation. Quality assurance: They check the design and execution planning for technical and contractual accuracy to ensure the highest standards. Change management: They identify plan changes at an early stage and follow them consistently in order not to endanger the project progress. Technical optimization: In close cooperation with the planning and construction participants, you develop innovative solutions and optimize technical processes. Leadership and negotiations: They conduct internal and external engineering offices, conduct contract and follow-up negotiations together with the overall project manager. Meetings and votes: They actively participate in internal and external planning and construction meetings and contribute to the successful project execution. Budget responsibility: You are responsible for the budget planning, control and monitoring of the plan sequences and deadlines. Team development: They promote the further development of internal and external teams, consisting of structural planners and designers. Parent ZTV-Ing. Coordination: You take over the overriding coordination of the ZTV-Ing. tasks and support the planners in their responsibility area. Support of the project manager: They support the project manager in the enforcement of grants and thus contribute to the successful project execution.

Complete studies in architecture or civil engineering: You have successfully completed your studies in architecture or civil engineering and bring well-founded expertise. Professional experience in execution planning and project management: They have several years of experience in execution planning, planning coordination, project management or a comparable position. Secure handling of MS Office and CAD tools: You have good knowledge of MS Office, and ideally you are familiar with various CAD systems (e.g. Revit). Technical and economic understanding: They are characterized by a high technical and economic understanding and can efficiently manage complex projects. Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility: Your communication strength and your sense of responsibility make you a valuable team member who performs tasks independently, committed and carefully. Teamability and independent operation: They are happy to work in the team, but are also able to address tasks independently and targeted.
