Responsible for national and European tax planning and their optimization for various companies and branches Creation and verification of tax returns for different countries and jurisdictions. Advising management on international tax issues and risks. Ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. Support in all tax-related areas such as annual accounts, VAT, wage tax Review and control of annual and sub-year tax returns and tax payments Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders such as tax advisors and auditors. Development and implementation of tax strategies in line with corporate objectives. Transfer of tax expertise in offers and other contracts Ensuring documentation and deposit of relevant local billing prices Monitoring of tax-relevant legislative changes and adaptation of the processes. Support in implementing new tax management systems and processes. Creation of reports and analyses on international tax trends and risks. Working and supporting the Head of Tax in international projects

Complete study of economics, business management or tax advice with a focus on taxes. Multiannual professional experience in the field of international tax consulting, ideally in the oil and gas industry. Extensive knowledge of national and international tax laws and regulations of different countries. Embossed analytical skills, careful work and exemplified numerical understanding. High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and strong team capacity. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Knowledge of common tax and financial software. Management qualities, organisational capacity, priority setting and independent work. Negotiation security with internal and external contacts and institutions. Travel readiness at home and abroad.
