Your tasks:

They coordinate visitors, employees and suppliers

You are responsible for package acceptance, key output and forwarding of phone calls

They carry out independent control procedures You check access rights

Your qualifications:

Certificate examination §34a GewO or another higher quality qualification

They bring a proper and structured way of working with

You have a friendly appearance and well-kept appearance

You are familiar with the basic MS Office applications (basic knowledge)

Standby for shiftwork

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

Reliability / Detection Identification number in the guard register (if available)
