You work actively on the sale and get to know our business from scratch. Step by step, you will be trained in the areas of coaching, guidance and KPI control. You learn how a branch is successfully managed economically. In close cooperation with experienced branch managers (m/w/d), you will develop further. Your goal is to take over your own branch within 6 to 12 months.

Your sales talent is crucial regardless of whether you have gained your experience in the car house, in the fitness area, in telecommunications, in the real estate sector or in the retail trade. You are strong in sales and enjoy direct customer contact. The desire for responsibility and personal development drives you. Awesome, energy and willingness to perform are yours. More than fair: Attractive salary – with clear development towards €60,000 to €120,000. Power-oriented and without lid.
