As a commercial employee for network and energy operations (m/w/d) in Aachen, you are part of a dedicated team in the fields of network and measuring points operation. You will take an interface between internal departments, external service providers and cooperation partners.

Your tasks:

Key figures development and monitoring: development and comparison of key figures in network operation and monitoring of networks Economic analysis: implementation of analyses and derivation of measures master data management & forecasts: Maintaining network and customer master data as well as creating and monitoring quantity forecasts Data Validity: Control of load cycle data and ensuring data and consumption validity Analysis of settlement errors and initiation of corrective measures including written correspondence Customer support: Customer support in the areas of network and sales Project cooperation: cooperation in projects and support in cost, project and investment planning

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in the field of energy First relevant professional experience, ideal in energy services Safe handling of MS Office and interest in industry-specific IT systems and new software solutions High affinity for numbers and data as well as pronounced analytical thinking Reliable, careful and structured operation Communication strength in word and writing as well as the ability to look beyond the plate edge Team spirit and joy in cooperation with colleagues
