Senior Project Manager for Residential Building Renovation (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for modernisation and rehabilitation projects over all phases of the project. You coordinate planners, contractors and exporting companies and ensure economic and high-quality implementation of construction and rebuilding measures. You take responsibility for budget, appointment and quality management over the entire life cycle – from the design and planning phase to the award of planning and construction services to the completion, acceptance and proper accounting. You agree on budget, appointment and quality management and thus ensure compliance with the project objectives. You ensure compliance with legal requirements, ESG requirements and sustainability objectives. You take over the negotiation of claims and claim management and thus secure the safeguarding of warranty claims. You take on professional communication with asset management, property management and management as part of modernization and maintenance measures and actively contribute your expertise as an architect or civil engineer. You identify and manage project-specific risks. You promote a partnership project culture. You create budgets, check and compare offers as well as costs and identify cost-cutting potentials that you successfully implement. You are responsible for a transparent project reporting, including KPI control, and support investment decisions and economic considerations.

You have a successfully completed study of architecture or civil engineering. Alternatively, you will bring a qualification as a master or technician in the construction work. You have at least 8 years of experience in managing complex construction and renovation projects. You have a well-founded knowledge of German construction as well as experience in managing employees and project teams. You bring leadership experience and enjoy developing and promoting powerful teams. You have very good knowledge of time, cost and quality management. You are characterised by pronounced negotiating competence and enforcement. You think entrepreneurially and act economically. You have well-founded knowledge of HOAI, VOB and relevant standards and construction regulations. You work structured and organized and take responsibility. You convince by communication strength and negotiation skills in handling customers, service providers and business partners. You have good English skills in word and writing. You are sure to deal with current MS Office applications. You are characterized by high self-initiative, teamwork and commitment. You have a class B licence.
