You design and launch communication strategies, messages and communication plans for our digital products You prepare complex technical or organizational topics in a comprehensible, targeted and inspiring way You develop reusable communication modules, templates and guidelines for professional user communication, as well as content such as articles, presentations, newsletters or intranet stories — from idea to final implementation You advise internal stakeholders (Product Owner, Project Teams, Management) in communicative questions and help them place their topics effectively You control communication campaigns, accompany change processes (Change Communication) and secure consistent and targeted communication — worldwide and across all channels You can support projects, such as rollouts, change initiatives and global enablement activities

You are communicatively strong, open, empathic and can professionally handle different stakeholders You have very good knowledge of German and English and feel comfortable in international communication You can formulate complex content in a clear, comprehensible and targeted manner - in writing as oral You work structured, independent and reliably bringing communication projects from idea to implementation You have a good feeling for storytelling, audience needs and consistent product communication You are passionate about modern working environments, digital cooperation and new technologies - and you are delighted to prepare these topics for employees in a comprehensible manner
