You take over the leadership of a small HR team. In the day-to-day business, you work surgically from setting to exit and ensure smooth operations. As a reliable contact person, you support specialist and executives in matters of labour law. In cooperation with the works council, you represent the HR interests constructively and solution-oriented. With appropriate development measures, you promote the qualification of our employees. The organization of our training will control you efficiently and predictively. You are the contact person for the personnel budget. In coordination with our European Group structure, you harmonize HR topics and processes.

Completed studies in the field of personnel, business management, etc. Multiannual HR experience, ideally in the industrial or production environment Safe know-how in the right to work, tariff and business A desirable first experience in the leadership of a small HR team routine in cooperation with works councils Professional appearance and strong communication skills Training examination of advantage Security in dealing with HR key figures and budgetary responsibility Structured, solution-oriented and independent operation Good knowledge of English for exchange with European locations
