You guide construction sites, we deliver the energy – together we design the industry of tomorrow. As a construction site manager:in Actemium, you make sure that planning becomes a reality. You are responsible for the management of the construction site in the project according to the current project guidelines and standardised processes. You take the central role as a contact person: directly on site for the customer. In addition, you will guide the entire construction site team and ensure smooth cooperation. In addition, you ensure compliance with all QHSE regulations and take over the responsibility transfer for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE). In addition, you will set up regular reports for relevant stakeholders to measure site-relevant key performance indicators (KPIs). Your task also includes the ongoing control of the allocated project and cost center budgets. You also set the schedule and control the installation work, commissioning, acceptance and testing in close coordination with the yard and with the internal interfaces. Finally, you conduct risk and chance analyses continuously to ensure the success of the project.

Ideally, you have an engineering degree, supplemented by sound on-site experience in an industrial or technical environment – but this is not a prerequisite. Alternatively, you bring a qualification as a technical operator:in or a comparable training with a corresponding technical depth. In addition, you have at best several years of professional experience in a comparable position or industry.
