Our new 300-millimeter semiconductor plant is one of the world's first fully networked AIoT factories for the production of power semiconductors, application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) and MEMS sensors.

Are you ready for an exciting job in a high-tech environment where precision counts and everything is brightly clean? Our microtechnologists work on the production of these chips and components, and you can become part of them.

Anyone who becomes a microtechnologe/in today takes on a versatile profession with future. At the beginning, you will learn how electrical pulses are transmitted and circuits are built up. Chemical reactions also belong to the learning content as well as the assembly of mechanical components. The training also includes the planning, organisation and documentation of workflows, the handling of high-tech production facilities and the implementation of quality assurance measures. In addition, you can imagine how to apply thin layers of silicon to wafers, produce the finest structures by etching or phototechnical methods, and then cut and test the slices into tiny pieces.

With us, you can not only learn what technically, but also develop yourself personally in points such as self-employment and team spirit. The well-founded training at the training centre is complemented by the use of us, in teaching at the vocational school and in specialist courses.

And what's next?

After your training, you are a process expert in production and work in a continuous layer model. You monitor part of production in our fully automated production and ensure its quality. You spend your working time outside the clean room in a modern office.
