This profile brings you to IT Process Manager (m/w/d):

• Complete studies in the field of economic informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification, e.g. vocational training in the IT field with corresponding professional experience
• Must-have: good knowledge of current IT technologies, especially collaboration tools (e.g. O365, Asana)
• Nice-to-have: Professional experience in project management of IT projects
• Your skills: communication-strong team spirit with strong enforcing ability and strong service ideas
• High level of initiative and joy of decision

Your Tasks as IT Process Manager (m/w/d):

• Control and participation of IT projects
• Determining requirements from specialist departments
• Creating specifications and obligations
• Modelling process sequences in BPMN 2.0
• Coordination of external service providers
• Developing efficient solutions in the field of IT
• Takeover and management of subprojects
• Supporting colleagues in implementing IT projects
• Transfer of client user support
• Project documentation
