Object Management (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for our OP cleaning in full time at Starkenburg Service GmbH SSG Starkenburg Service GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Klinikum Darmstadt GmbH. We are an innovative and modern facility management service provider specializing in hospitals, old and nursing homes.

Technical and organisational management of the OP cleaning team Ensuring professional cleaning and disinfection of sensitive surgical areas in accordance with applicable hygiene regulations (e.g. RKI, KRINKO) Service and operational planning of employees Processing, guidance and training of cleaning staff Implementation of employee talks Close cooperation with the OP staff, the OP management and the hygiene professionals Responsibility for material, equipment and their proper use

Multiannual professional experience in cleaning clean rooms and OP cleaning Very good knowledge of the applicable hygiene, disinfection and safety regulations First experience in employee management desirable High level of organisational strength, sense of responsibility and enforcement Embossed communication and team skills Safe handling of documentation and control lists and MS-Office Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
