Responsible management and organisation of urban renewal projects, including participation in bodies and project documentation Solutions-oriented consulting of municipal administrations and private owners on urban planning, promotional and sanitation issues in the context of urban renewal Financial management in urban development support programs Guided tour and professional support of the Department of Urban Renewal at the Freiburg site Ensuring efficient cooperation in the team (e.g. setting and coordination of location-related processes, leadership of team meetings) Interface to department management Technical and strategic advice of employees on procedural issues Customer care and acquisition in cooperation with the department management and sales

Complete study with reference to urban development (e.g. urban planning, geography, spatial planning, architecture, public management, real estate management, etc.) Multiannual relevant professional experience and secure knowledge in urban renewal Ideally leadership experience; team-oriented, motivating and value-adding leadership style Ability to prepare complex content structured and to develop pragmatic solutions Embossed skills in self- and customer control, time and resource planning and entrepreneurial thinking Independent and responsible operation in projects with interdisciplinary interfaces and high coordination requirements Safe appearance and communicative strength, both in team collaboration and in contact with customers. Joy of presentations and presentation of events Very good Microsoft 365 know-how and great openness for digital and AI-based working methods Standby for field service and driving licence Class B Very good knowledge of German (safe for negotiation)
