Interne Service Services/Reception (m/w/d) in the Federal Office of the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. You take over general secretarial and material processing tasks with a focus on incoming invoices (FiBu software, accounting/booking processes and material procurement (building and business equipment) You serve the reception of the Federal Office and take over the placement of guests to the relevant areas You organize the occupancy planning of the meeting/conference rooms in the Federal Office (BG) and prepare them You take over files and data management You assist in the fleet management of the BG (e.g. the processing of service vehicle bookings and the supervision of electronic driving licence control) You contribute to general safety and quality management (supplier assessment, AED control) In addition, you can support the area at large personal events
