Internal sales with a commercial focus -20-24 hours / week (m/f/d)

You are the perfect customer relationship manager and at the same time as a sovereign interface manager – with a safe view for smooth commercial processes. Then we warmly welcome you to ISOTEC, the specialist in the removal of moisture and mold damage to buildings. As a leading company for real estate renovation, we help our customers to re-inhabit their homes. In the sales service in a small craftsmanship, you hold the threads in your hand. You work independently on 5 half days a week and are responsible for the entire office management and the telephone customer support. You support us in the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments, in ordering and accounting and never lose sight of the overview. In addition, you help our construction management in coordinating and preparing construction sites. Organization – this is your horse! Our 8-member team is growing steadily. Active customer communication: You can easily access the phone, make proactive contact with customers, clarify concerns and keep all parties informed. Interface management: You are the central connection between customer, sales and construction management and ensure that information flows clearly, completely and in time. Commercial tasks: You support classic commercial activities such as data collection, document management, supply and order documents as well as organizational to-dos in daily business. Coordination & Overview: You make sure that enquiries, agreements and appointments are adjusted and all parties keep an overview at any time.
