As a competent:r and experienced:r Project Manager:in (m/w/d) you are responsible for the organisation and implementation of complex construction projects in the field of TGA. You are responsible for the following tasks both directly on site and at the company headquarters at the Berlin site: They are responsible for the independent processing and processing of demanding TGA projects. With its structured operation, you can ensure compliance with dates, costs and quality at any time. As project manager, you take responsibility for the production of technical, commercial and organizational equipment from the project planning phase to commissioning. The leadership of the project teams is one of your tasks as well as ensuring the coordination with other works on the construction site. Based on your experience, you are responsible for the processing and calculation of offers, including internal and external specialists. They assess tender documents and projects and are working on the corresponding quantity and cost determination. You will also be responsible for drawing up special proposals and alternatives. As a contact person:into the operational units you support the implementation of demanding construction projects.

Diploma, Bachelor, Master, Technician:in or Master:in the field of electrical engineering with focus on GA or control and control technology Ideally, you have a planar background and fun in integral planning Multiannual professional experience in the project execution of plant construction projects of the building automation systems Comprehensive knowledge of the relevant regulations VOB, DIN and VDI regarding building automation A high level of technical and economic understanding and willingness to take responsibility Negotiating skills and enforcement A strong organisational and coordination skills and the ability to react to new requirements in a situation-related and flexible manner Team spirit, customer orientation as well as an independent, committed and responsible way of working round off your profile.
