Building and expanding new and existing customer relationships Direct support of customers and sales partners in close coordination with the external service Creation, processing and tracking of offers in the CRM system Coordination of technical elements (e.g. flow images, installation drawings, calculations) with the specialist departments Pre-examination of contract documents with legal support and final examination of contract documents Order processing from the plant to the accounting in the ERP system Creation of export documents and invoices in consultation with the departments

Completed training as an industrial or wholesale trader/wife Multiannual professional experience in export business, ideally with technical background or good technical understanding Purchasing Basic Understanding and Experience in Examination of Contract Documents and Purchase Contracts First experience with preferential calculations, certificates of origin and export documents Customer-oriented, friendly appearance – even in stress situations Experience in customer contact Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing (further languages of advantage) Rascher Understanding for Complex Topics Safe handling of MS Office Knowledge in SAP B1 and Mari-Project or comparable ERP systems Communication strength, negotiation skills and friendly nature
