Management: Operation and monitoring of the process lines for milk preparation, milk processing and product mixture via modern process control systems. Plant control: cleaning and sterilization of production plants as well as coordination of smaller disturbances – independent or together with shift master and technology. Quality assurance: performance of quality-relevant product investigations according to predetermined test procedures. Process monitoring: monitoring and documenting the production processes in fresh cheese and quark production. Product safety: ensuring consistently high product quality and a smooth production process.

(m/w/d), specialist in food technology (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: experience in a food processing company, ideally in fresh cheese or dairy production. Layer readiness: willingness to work in the 3-shift system as well as on weekends and holidays. Working methods: High sense of responsibility, independent working methods and joy in the conscious handling of food. German knowledge: Good knowledge of German in word and writing.
