About us

The project_X Jugendhilfe GmbH is a young, committed supporter of stationary youth assistance. We accompany children and adolescents aged 12-18 in challenging situations of life with professional competence, appreciation and a clear attitude. Relationship design, reliability and individual promotion are at the heart of our work.

Our educational guide

Our work is based on the individuality of each young person. We pick up the young people where they stand and help them develop their own perspectives. We do not understand our role as a guide, but as a reliable companion: The responsibility for our own lives lies with the young – we support their takeover.

Your tasks

• Educational support and support for young people aged 12 to 18 years in everyday life
• design and implementation of day structures and promotion of social and personal skills
• Consistent and empathic enforcement of agreed structures and rules
• Participation in the further development of the pedagogical concept
• Cooperation in the multi-professional team (including deescalation specialists and animal-assisted personnel)
• Participation in shiftwork (day, night and weekend services)

Your profile

• Completed training or studies in the field of education (e.g. educators, nurses, social pedagogues or comparable qualifications)
• Ability to work professional, clear and value-adding with young people
• Enforcement, empathy and safe occurrence
• Teamability and willingness to take responsibility
• readiness for shiftwork
