Software Developer (m/f/d)

Self-assessment, initiation and implementation of all necessary activities within the field of Mine Counter-Measurement (MCM) autonomous sensor systems based on software architecture is one of your main tasks. Your focus is on imaging sonar systems, automatic object detection and display of sonar images. In addition, you take into account the reduction of complexity through further decommissioning positions, the creation of implementation concepts and software designs, as well as the connection of individual software development artifacts based on software architecture. You evaluate the overall architecture of the software and the respective architectural elements with respect to the requirements in time, quality and costs. Coordination in the development team on their own tasks, problems and obstacles in the handling of tasks You bring in your creative, new ideas and implement them in a winning team for our company.

You have a completed university degree in the STEM field with multi-year professional experience. Alternatively, you will bring a completed vocational training to the:r Fachinformatiker:in, with specialist training, special training and many years of professional experience or comparable qualification. You have knowledge of Windows and Linux as well as object-oriented software development with modern C++ In addition, you have experience in the areas of design, unit testing, build (cmake) and/or continuous integration of software (CI) – preferably with GitLab. The ability to work quickly, structured, and using agile methods is what distinguishes you. You are a team player can also represent your opinion to others. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are of course with us. You are interested in occasional business trips in Germany and abroad.
