Participation in the development of holistic green building concepts and sustainability strategies in the real estate sector Implementation of building certifications according to DGNB, LEED, BNB, BREEAM in new construction and stock Creation of eco balance sheets, life cycle cost calculations, material ecologic reviews and location analyses Monitoring of construction processes including waste management, construction site conception and analysis of circulable product assessments (C2C) Support in creating presentations, templates, project documentation and final reports Participation in customer appointments and participation in the implementation of workshops

Studies in the field of architecture, sustainable building, environmental engineering, civil engineering, energy and heat engineering, or related studies focusing on sustainable building (e.g. ESG, EU-Taxonomy) Bachelor's degree as a basis for a longer-term student activity, ideally with practical knowledge from a previous internship Good IT skills, especially in MS Office products, as well as interest in innovative processing methods, such as artificial intelligence Very good knowledge of German at a negotiated level (C1) and good knowledge of English in word and writing, paired with sovereign appearance and communication strength Self-working, analytical skills and creativity and team capacity in interdisciplinary cooperation
