Keep your team at eye level, promote both professional and personal development through coaching and regular feedback talks and give your role model for a positive team mood Take care of effective service and holiday plans as well as smooth work processes, think about “out of the box” and question previous processes Take over the management of the day-to-day operating business, actively engage and conduct briefings Lives and embodies our Ruby Spirit and takes care of the implementation of our internal styles and quality standards Supports our:n Hotel Manager:in recruiting the best talents and building a strong team Take care of monthly accounts, inventory, billing, wage preparation and regular orders for R&B and SOE Make sure everything has its order and monitors legal regulations such as adherence to HACCP, occupational safety, fire protection Make sure our guests feel comfortable and happy to come back by accepting guest feedback, concerns or complaints, analyzing, answering and finding creative and charming solutions

Have completed a completed vocational training in the hotel industry or gastronomy and/or a hotel / BWL degree Brings experience in an operational leadership function or in a comparable position in the lifestyle hotel industry / gastronomy with Have very good POS, PMS and business knowledge Are a motivating and charismatic leader and with your authentic and loyal way both Team Lead and Team Player Have a warm and warm radiance and your communication skills shine in every interaction Owned a hand-on mentality and can charmingly respond to guest needs Speak fluent German and English
