Architect / Civil Engineer – Tendering & Awarding of Construction Services (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the transfer of projects from real estate management to the technical field Own calculation and budget planning of modernization projects in close coordination with portfolio management Development and control of structured project sequences including the creation of detailed time and milestone plans Technical support and support of contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors Creation of performance directories and coordination of offer schedules in cooperation with central purchasing Sovereign application of relevant databases and common tendering and costing software Structured and quality-secured transfer of the prepared projects to the relevant superstructure management areas

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification, e.g. as a construction technician (m/w/d) Multiannual relevant professional experience in the construction or real estate industry, ideally with well-founded practice in the management and management of modernization projects Very good IT skills, especially in the handling of popular tendering and calculation programs (e.g. iTWO) as well as in MS Excel, SAP and MS Office Willingness to regularly travel within the framework of project recordings and the calculation of measures Impressed communication strength, safe occurrence and convincing negotiating and enforcement capabilities Entrepreneurial thinking, high decision-making and a self-responsible, structured and targeted way of working
