Warranty Processing (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the processing of warranty and warranty cases for the product areas Kfz replacement and wear parts, workshop equipment and power tools As a link between customer and manufacturer/supplier, you act on both sides as a competent contact person for incoming requests and solves the problems of our customers and the external sales service You create credits to our customers, control incoming credits from our suppliers and take care of the return of goods You monitor the complaints assigned to you and make sure You are completed in due time You set up cost proposals and anticipate them with the customer and the supplier In addition: In the case of technical knowledge, the option is to be responsible for the technical assessment of automotive replacement and wear parts in our testing centre. This includes the tasks:

technical testing of the products concerned Preparation of test reports commercial processing of operations until completion Proper disposal of old parts

You have a successfully completed commercial training, with interest or already existing knowledge of technical products of our assortments Alternatively, you have a successfully completed technical training with commercial knowledge, ideally from the motor vehicle craft Communication with customers and suppliers will make you fun You have a safe handling of Microsoft Office products Working on an independent way of working and enjoying your team
