Infrastructure Engineer / DevOps Engineer - Infrastructure Automation (m/f/d)

As Infrastructure Engineer / DevOps Engineer - Infrastructure Automation (m/w/d), your focus is on systematically automating infrastructure, reducing manual processes and building scalable platforms. You move between infrastructure, Kubernetes, automation and modern platform approaches - always with the aim of reducing recurring tasks, relieving developer teams and creating a stable, automated environment. You work closely with colleagues from SRE, DevOps and Infrastructure - without silos and with a lot of space for self-responsibility.

We are not looking for a classic operation or administrator role, but for someone who wants to systematically automate and simplify infrastructure. Automation of infrastructure and recurring processes with terraform, ansible, puppet or comparable technologies Development, standardization and scaling of infrastructure as code solutions Building automated platforms and self-service structures Further development and standardization of our Kubernetes platforms Development and optimization of CI/CD processes and deployment automation Reducing manual activities through automation, standardization and platform approaches Optimization of infrastructure with regard to scalability, security, costs and performance Support for infrastructure modernisation, cloud integration and platform projects

Good German knowledge of at least B2 level in word and writing Experience in Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps or Platform Engineering Very good knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments Experience with Terraform, Ansible or Similar Tools Knowledge in the field of CI/CD, GitOps and modern deployment processes Ideal experience with multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructures Hands-on mentality and pleasure in making things easier and more automated Ideally programming knowledge in Golang, Python or comparable technologies
