Accountable for identifying opportunities and designing and implementing operational solutions that generate business value. Leads operational customs projects across multiple regions, overseeing resources, schedules, and finances throughout their life cycle. Manages issues, risks, and change requests to ensure timely and successful project delivery. The incumbent wants to report to the Customs and Compliance Lead and serve on the Customs & Compliance Leadership Team. in addition, will collaborate with the LT to drive the T2 Blueprint, sponsor specific initiatives, and be an integral part of the T2 Leadership Ecosystem.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree international trade, supply chain logistics or related field and 7 - 10 years of experience of import and / or export, vendor management and other trade compliance operations preferably in a industry pharmaceutical, consultancy services. 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking, planning and implementation projects. Expert knowledge of import and export regulations, customs laws, trade sanctions, embargoes, licensing requirements and trade agreements such as free trade agreements and preferential trade arrangements. Interpersonal skills to influence and spit change, facilitate and enhance performance within a functional environment. In-depth knowledge and experience with internal and external regulatory audit programs. Experience with leading, executing and maintaining compliance programs. Ability to prioritize, fast synthesize information and apply regulatory requirements to a variety of scenarios. Must exercise excellent judgment, make decisions based on a clear understanding of the regulations, deploying strategies to conduct compliant business. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship - building skills as well, problem - resolution, decision - making and capabilities. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree. At least 3-5 years in leaderships. Ability to lead operations and compliance team with a leadership approach that energizes, motivates and facilitate teamwork while encouraging innovative ideas, approaches and accountability. SAP GTS Knowledge. Professional trade certifications or similar. PMP certified. Proven track driving positive change in a complex environment. Demonstrate strong problem - skills based on facts, data and understanding of the regulatory requirement in complex and evolving environments; Must be reject to apply sound risk management. Able to handle organizational complexity and ambiguity.
