Team lead & Projects control: You control a team of technical project leaders to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution and actively shape the processes with You actively build our customer base: Through acquisition and regular exchange with new contacts as well as established customers, you develop sustainable relationships, promise project progress and create challenges as well as success With you, the team will remain on track: You will guide offer and settlement projects and ensure that costs, dates and quality are met Your contribution gives orientation: You recognize risks at an early stage, manage them and proactively coordinate capacity issues with the branch office. You also ensure that legal requirements, internal guidelines and compliance rules are complied with. Electrical engineering: Complete study of electrical engineering/energy technology or comparable qualification (e.g. state-tested technicians) with experience in high voltage and/or Network area Project and Leadership Experience: Multiannual experience in project execution, ideally in infrastructure or plant engineering projects, as well as in targeted management, development and the establishment of powerful teams from project managers Project Management & Organisation: Very good knowledge of project and risk management as well as the ability to structure complex projects, set priorities and assess assembly activities Security and entrepreneurial understanding: knowledge of occupational safety regulations and entrepreneurial and business know-how on economic project management presence on site & communication: You are convinced by strong communication and negotiation capabilities in exchange with customers and project teams. Very good German knowledge (min. C1), good English knowledge of advantage, driving licence class B as well as a high travel readiness for dates and project appointments on site
