You diagnose and repair fuel cells as well as energy solutions and systematically analyze the respective error pattern. Based on your analysis, you define appropriate repair measures, both on the device itself and in the application to the customer. You implement the repair measures independently and then check the effectiveness of the work done. Material and time expenditure as well as the created diagnosis are documented carefully and comprehensible in our goods management system. You work closely with our customer service team, which takes over the coordination with the customers, and you regularly agree on the progress of repair and analysis.

Ideally, a technical training in the field of electronics, energy technology or comparable qualifications, also cross-comers from other fields are welcome Interest in handling technical/electronic devices Craft skills and good analytical skills Optimum experience in repair shop Good MS Office Knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience in handling goods management system (SAP, ProAlpha) Careful, responsible and structured functioning Team spirit, readiness to learn, flexibility, reliability Good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge desirable
