Product Owner SHT Lösungen (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Product Owner (m/w/d) for the Squad “Contract Service SHT” for the technical and strategic management of our software solutions in the field of property/ liability & transport insurance. In this position, you are responsible for the further development of our product portfolio at the interface between specialist and IT. The decentralised Squad is located in the Tribe ''Buy Solution - Hab & Gut'' and serves both the contract service SHT and other applications in the SHT context. Your area of responsibility includes the further development of existing core systems and the control of new projects and the development of dark processing. You work in an agile environment and actively contribute to strengthening partnership and psychological security in the team. Your responsibilities You take over the role of Product Owner (m/w/d) for the Squad “Contract Service SHT” and is responsible for the further development of the entire product and application spectrum. These include the contract service SHT, as well as other systems in the SHT context (including decentralized Java applications and their interfaces to the HOST architecture) You structure, care and prioritize the product and sprint backlog based on technical requirements, regulatory requirements, economic aspects and legal deadlines You take over the capacity and resource planning of the squad and perform regular target-actual balances Together with the Agile Master, you promote open communication and reliable, solution-oriented cooperation in the team You act as a central communication partner for specialist areas, IT architecture, streamowners and internal and external interface partners to match requirements and develop common solutions

have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, business administration or comparable training with professional experience as a product owner or in a comparable controlling role in the agile context has profound experience in controlling complex software products, ideally in the field of existing core systems (Mainframe/HOST) brings detectable experience in agile product development, methodological prioritization of requirements and resource planning in the team with draws you through a structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working and meets balanced decisions even with tight deadlines or regulatory requirements has a strong communication competence and appreciates close, cross-site cooperation in an interdisciplinary team partly our conviction for agile values and attaches great importance to creating a working environment characterised by mutual respect and psychological security ideally have expertise in composite insurance as well as experience with common agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
