Projekt-Disponent (m/w/d) – Assembly Coordination & Logistics

Location: Herdorf

Position(s): 1-layer

Tasks, competencies and responsibility:

• Installation planning of installers and subcontractors for construction and PV projects
• Booking and coordination of external service providers such as subcontractors and forwarders
• Support of construction management in organizational and planning matters
• Maintenance and control of schedules and ensuring smooth procedures
• High telephone and communication readiness for quick coordination in day-to-day business
• Responsibility for timely implementation of projects in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Technical requirements:

• Complete training, ideally in the field of forwarding and logistics, construction or technical project management
• Experience in the telephone consultation with customers, forwarders and partner companies
• German language skills in word and writing
• Ability to organize and coordinate several projects in parallel
