This position is intended for KEENFINITY GmbH, an innovative company with around 4,200 employees worldwide, which is currently being disassembled from the Bosch Group and operates as an independent company from mid-2025. It offers a dynamic working environment with a lot of design space and exciting development possibilities. They advise our executives and personnel departments of the business unit legally on national and international personnel principles and coordinate international projects from a labour and personal policy perspective. They actively contribute to the development, negotiation and implementation of national, foreign and international employment conditions. They accompany restructuring measures taking into account labour law aspects and their implementation. They work confidently and constructively with the national and international colleagues and with employee representatives. You actively contribute your expertise to (global) projects with legal relevance and thus ensure their successful implementation, in compliance with the guidelines and guidelines.

Education: full-time lawyer:in / syndicate lawyer:in with 2nd state exams or comparable. Personality and working methods: high flexibility, team capacity and negotiation and communication strength.
