Maintenance and inspection of building equipment Verification and elimination of disturbances Repair of technical installations and facilities Management of plant-related documentation Participation in readiness (including additional remuneration)

Complete training in the fields of electrical, sanitary, heating, refrigeration, air conditioning or ventilation Relevant professional experience in one of these areas Self-working and strong customer orientation Basic PC identifiers (document, time recording) Driving licence Class B (Old: Class 3)
