Teamleiter IT - Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) (m/f/d)

You take over the leadership and control of the IT-Governance, Risk & Compliance team and develop your employees. You are first contact persons for process, contract and application. You optimize IT governance and control the implementation of regulatory requirements. You evaluate and report ICT-related incidents and work with the concretisation of supervisory requirements (MaRisk, DORA). You take on cooperation and advice in the preparation of risk analyses for ICT risks. You are responsible for the tasks of the team IT-GRC. You work with or manage projects.

You bring a completed study to the savings banks and banking business owner or another IT-related study. You are familiar with regulatory requirements in the financial sector, including DORA, MaRisk. You ideally bring first leadership experience. You have a high affinity for information technology and digitalization, are open to changes and new areas of responsibility and drive themes autonomously and solution-oriented. You have basic knowledge in project and contract management. You are strong in communication and conflicting and are proactive to people. You have knowledge of German in word and writing.
