Expert Interface & Content Curation: You work closely with lima trainers and specialist trainers, prepare their raw material, curatively existing training documents and transfer them to new, visually appealing digital learning formats. Script and content adaptation: You develop storyboards and implement specialist trainer scripts for video and e-learning formats (e.g. Articulate Rise) in a didactic and visual way. Workflow Optimization & Quality Management: You develop and maintain best practices for sound, image and production efficiency in the screencasting sector and support their compliance with quality assurance. Screencast and video production: You support the specialist trainer (m/w/d) in recording screencasts and then take over the post production of lima software trainings and explanation videos. Autortools & Content-Pflege: You create interactive learning units with our author tools (e.g. Articulate Rise) and prepare ready content for the LMS. LMS operation: You set video and learning lessons in the LMS, control their technical and functional quality, support user and role management (including user groups) and ensure the correct allocation of all content to the respective target groups.

Completed training/study: You have a completed training as a media designer (m/w/d) (Digital/Image/Ton) or a study in the field of media design (or comparable). Professional experience: Ideally, you have first practical experience in creating video, screencast or motion graphics formats as well as in creating digital learning content. Knowledge & skills: You bring very good knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Audition as well as safe handling of screencasting software and MS Office. First experiences with author tools (e.g. Articulate), learning management systems (LMS) and 3D software (e.g. Blender) are desirable. Working methods: You work solution-oriented, independent and creative, bring a high digital affinity with you and acquire new tools and technologies for digital learning content. Personality: You have a secure feel for the holistic design of animation and learning films and bring creativity and joy in visual knowledge transfer. Portfolio: Your skill counts!
