The house on the vineyard in the district of Stuttgart-Obertürkheim comprises 48 nursing places, a residential community for younger people with disabilities, prey living, day care and mobile services. The concept with model character, the location at the foot of the vineyards, the award-winning architecture and the beautiful outdoor facilities contribute to the pleasant working atmosphere. The institution is very well integrated into the community and is supported by volunteers. A bus stop is located right in front of the house. We are now looking for a Deputy Head of Housing (m/w/d) in full or part-time.

You are responsible for the quality of care and care with a management team You work on the further development of our services You represent their living area within the institution You create the service and holiday plans in compliance with labour law requirements, coordinate failures independently and control working hours You are leading new employees, nursing students as well as interns structured and promote the professional qualification of your team You monitor the workflows as well as the care documentation and bring their own ideas to the further development of the care You plan, document and control basic and treatment care together with your team and ensure a high quality of care You accompany new residents in the reception and inhabitation and are also competent contact persons for relatives, doctors, therapists and social services You are responsible for the implementation of medical arrangements (medication & treatment care) and organize doctor visits
