About 600 experts in department coordination, real estate management, portfolio management, building and building management as well as environmental and energy management support our diverse portfolio over the entire life cycle. In the role of the contractor representation, organize the BIM process over all phases of performance. You are the first point of contact for questions about BIM-based planning and are also proactive to the project teams. For this purpose, you will take the following tasks: Developing and updating the BAP and other project-specific BIM documents Organize, manage and maintain the CDE Ensure internal compliance of agreed rules, standards and processes Quality assurance of the BIM services of our external contractors

A successfully completed university education (academic degree: Bachelor/Diplom (FH)) in the field of architecture, civil engineering, technical building equipment or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the use and/or application of the BIM method Knowledge of European standards in building context Enthusiasm for digital planning methods, a pronounced communication strength as well as a high degree of customer orientation and a binding occurrence complete your profile
